Year with Hyundai Mobility: the first results

Hyundai sums up the first year of the online subscription service to Hyundai Mobility. Presentation of the platform and the official launch of Hyundai Mobility took place exactly a year ago — October 14, 2019. This was preceded by active work on the project, which started in May last year.

The starting point in the history of the service was the signing of a partnership agreement between Hende Motor CIS and the Skolkovo Innovation Center for creating a startup focused on the development and commercialization of IT solutions and new services. In July 2019, Hyundai Mobility Lab was registered, which received Skolkovo residence in September of the same year. The main principle of the Hyundai Mobility project is a fully automated process of interaction with the client, allowing you to get the service as conveniently possible through a special application.

Key results of the first year with Hyundai Mobility

For the first year of the project, largely asked the direction of development of digital services in the Russian automotive market, 1,600 customers took advantage of the online subscription service of Hyundai Mobility. The most sought-after tariff remains long-term Freedom subscription for a period of one year. Users willingly took cars and for few times — at the Country rate from day to month and in the seasonal tariff LETO, for which in the summer period was operating on double runways. The development contains new tariff plans and promotions that will help make Hyundai Mobility subscription even more flexible and comfortable.

For customers who have signed the annual contract at the Freedom tariff, the anniversary loyalty program has already been launched. When concluding a new annual contract within a month with the last purchase, they receive 2,000 km of an additional run when making a Freedom subscription with a standard mileage of 1,000 km / month and an additional 5,000 km for an annual subscription version with a permissible mileage of 2,500 km / month. Bonus kilometers can be used during the entire subscription period. In addition, a new seasonal Zima fare will soon appear with a double from 2,500 km / month to 5,000 km / m mileage — the perfect subscription option for road travel planning for winter resorts.
