Special investment contracts have a period of 10 years. This is not by chance, since the automaker, expanding and implementing its investment program, must be confident in the stability of the conditions of work in the country, state support measures, etc.
Such agreements in the auto industry were concluded with 14 leading automakers. Summing up the first results of the development of the Russian automotive industry in the conditions of the mechanism of special investment contracts, we note that automakers intend to fulfill the stated plans for the production of models and measures to deepen the localization of production in the Russian Federation.
Meanwhile, today some deviations and refusals of the issue of the stated models have already emerged, which will somewhat delete the choice of cars in the Russian market. Alas, such are the economic realities of the Russian car market.

But while under this investment mechanism, no signature of a single company from the auto industry is not delivered.
In turn, Haval has committed itself to localize key units and components, including engines, gearboxes, electronic blocks and car control systems. The declared investment is 42 billion rubles. Immediately after the conclusion of the SPIK in November last year, the construction of a motor plant with a capacity of 80 thousand engines a year began under Tula.
